Generally receivable or payable checks that are registered through payment in/out activities are visible and trackable on the specified sections. Status of notes receivable: pending / in transfer / rejected / voided / cleared. Status of notes payable: pending / returned / rejected / voided / cleared.

Cost accounting utilizes cost types, cost-centers and cost objects to create multi-dimensional accounting. This creates multi-level, multi-dimensional views of any aspect of a business. In this way all the main information of finance system which are stored inside main accounts and special reports of all main accounts can be achieved by using floating objects.
